4 Bedroom House in Mountain Home

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun! We recently fully remodeled this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that has been in our family for a long time. Enjoy its unique decor, every room is a different theme! This home is centrally located, only 10 minutes from the Mountain Home Air Force Base and 40 miles from Boise. Enjoy our many amenities like a stocked coffee bar, welcome snacks, and fully stocked kitchen! We look forward to hosting you at the Umbrella J!
The space
We want to welcome you to the Umbrella J Getaway! This is a fully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that has been in our family for a long time. It is a tri level home with the kitchen and dining room being on the main floor. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, living room, laundry, and second bathroom. This house has a different theme to every room, making it very unique! We have RV parking on the side of the house but no hookups at this time, you are welcome to use it. There is a large privately fenced in backyard with a deck and patio table. We added a swingset, use it at your own risk and please supervise children. We also have a grill out there so utilize it for some amazing BBQ's with your family! There is a dog run on the side out back for your pets as well. We do charge a $40 non-refundable pet fee that must be paid before check in. We have a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil you could possibly think of including a crockpot, popcorn maker, hand mixer, coffee pot, and so much more. There is a fully stocked coffee bar with coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and even creamer. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we put games and puzzles on the shelves downstairs! Enjoy a fun family game night. We pride ourselves in making this place feel as welcoming as possible. We want it to be your home away from home! Enjoy your stay at the Umbrella J!!!

You will be able to enter the home through a smart deadbolt, I will make the code the last 4 digits of your phone number before check in. You are welcome to park in the 2 car driveway but the garage is not accessible. We have RV parking, no hookups at this time, but you can park there as well. You can also park anywhere on the street.
Other things to note
The Umbrella J House is named after our family ranch brand. Since the ranch is no longer around, we wanted to honor our family history and give it the ranch name!

Summary: In planning our trip, the Umbrella house first matched for a location close to our son. We had the great fortune to meet the hosts as we arrived a bit early. From there, communications were great, responses were timely. The house is wonderfully appointed, having themes for the bedrooms and other rooms as well. There is a nice yard that our dog enjoyed. Overall, it was an easy 5 stars for me. We only had one issue, the gate latch on the west side has lost stability. Once we knew that, we just checked each time our dog was released in the yard.To finalize, our title says it all. From a choice based on location, we found that all of the other aspects lived up to that same standard. The hosts are a perfect fit, as is the property.

Summary: We loved staying here and being able to come “home” and just relax. We had a busy time with a grandson getting married, and went sightseeing, so loved just hanging out on the deck in the late afternoon sunshine. We cooked breakfast and had everything we needed.
